Refunds are only applicable to courses. Any services or other offerings are not eligible for refunds. To request a refund, you can email us at support@altneo.in and include your purchase details. You may also mention the reason, but it is not required.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
